Pricing and availability

Prices, product availability, product details, promotions and shipping offers may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or correct an error in pricing or product information, subject to applicable law. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Product quality guarantee

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, transit damage, incorrect supply, or a material difference from its description, contact MT99Store@outlook.com as soon as you discover the issue. Include your order number, a description, and photos where reasonably available.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Return and Refund Policy, including reasonable return costs where applicable. No seven-day reporting limit applies to statutory rights. Normal wear, misuse, alterations, accidents and damage caused by improper care are not manufacturing defects. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Care instructions

Please follow the care instructions on the garment label. Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, bleaching or storage contrary to the care instructions is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
