Prices, product availability, product details, promotions, and shipping offers may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or correct an error in pricing or product information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Product Quality Guarantee

MT99 checks products before dispatch. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an item different from the one ordered, contact MT99Store@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.

This guarantee covers verified manufacturing defects and order fulfillment errors. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper washing or care, alterations, misuse, accidents, or damage occurring after delivery.

Care Instructions

Please follow the care instructions on the garment label. Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or storage contrary to the care instructions is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
