RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

MT99 Clothing Co., Limited operates MT99 at https://mt99.store.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email MT99Store@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the applicable return address. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, size, color, fit preference, or an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. MT99 is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at MT99Store@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without original tags, or returned without prior authorization.

Final-sale or marked-down items and gift cards are non-returnable unless an item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, color, or style, please request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have a 14-day legal right to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The item must still be unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at MT99Store@outlook.com.
